12 Royal Russell students attended the 2nd Manchester Grammar School MUN conference on June 15th and 16th. This was an excellent one and a half day conference with many of the top schools from around Manchester sending delegates and a few schools like us from further afield. Our two Year 12 delegations both featured a great blend of experienced and less experienced MUNers and it was great to see Nicole get her resolution lobbied, debated and passed at her first conference. All our students did well making points and taking the floor and five students won awards with the Morocco delegation being awarded one of the commended delegation awards.
