The Conference Fees for 2025:

A non-returnable deposit of £240 (including VAT) is required when applying for your school to attend the conference.

Package 1

Non Residential (for day schools and schools who will be organising their own accommodation)

Includes all lunches and evening meals per delegate from Saturday lunchtime until Tuesday lunchtime

£130.00 (including VAT) per person (Advisors are offered two free places)

Package 2

Residential for 3 nights (for a very limited number of schools who have been offered accommodation onsite at RRS)

Saturday, Sunday, Monday nights

Includes full accommodation at RRS and meals from Saturday lunchtime until Tuesday lunchtime

Note: The limited onsite accommodation is only offered to mixed schools that are accompanied by an advisor of each gender.
